Our founders had one goal in mind when opening the Utah Valley Counseling doors in 2013—Provide the absolute best therapy available and offer our clients unrivaled service. Since then, Utah Valley Counseling has become known as an exceptional provider of sexual addiction treatment services in the valley. Danae was born and raised in Utah Valley. She earned her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University in California. She is passionate about helping clients find growth, health, strength, and happiness in relationships, and in life. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity, perfectionism, relationship issues, addiction recovery, and LGBT issues.

Danae works collaboratively with her clients to identify personalized unique solutions to create lasting, meaningful change. Danae also has training in the contemporary gestalt therapy model.

Christopher has a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Brigham Young University and has worked as a therapist since 2004.
