Hi, I’m Catherine.

I am a strengths-based therapist by nature. I love to focus on what you already know and the skills you already have. I want to help you leverage what you’re already good at to overcome problems you didn’t even know you had the ability to confront.

I’m passionate about empowering my clients to build success on the hard work they have already put in to trying to survive hard times. I believe in creating a safe place to explore and overcome challenges. I absolutely love helping people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders. 

I have a master’s degree in mental health counseling from University of Phoenix and started work as a therapist in 2013.
