Hi, I’m Sam
Sam was born and raised in Orem, Utah. He earned his master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University in Chicago. Before becoming a therapist, he worked as a life coach at an in-patient treatment center for at-risk boys. Sam’s style of therapy focuses on identifying and changing patterns of actions, thoughts, and beliefs that prevent people from reaching their goals and finding the peace and happiness that comes from healthy relationships.
Sam works with people struggling with pornography addiction, behavioral disorders, depression, anxiety, marital conflict, spiritual identity, and other common concerns that bring people to therapy. He is passionate about and committed to helping people feel cared for in therapy so that they have the confidence to draw on their own strength so they can confidently improve the quality of their lives.
