I love being a therapist because I am able to learn the stories of incredible people like you. I care very deeply, and I work hard to create a safe space in therapy where you feel heard and a part of the change process. My person-centered and trauma-informed approach to therapy allows me to adapt to your specific needs in the therapeutic space. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, sexual problems, and relationship issues amongst others.
