Hi, I’m Jon.

I look forward to meeting with you! I offer real, raw, and honest feedback and help. Life is messy and I know exactly what it’s like to live inside the mess. I have enough life experience to really empathize with what you’re going through, and I know about coming out on the other side with more healing, wisdom, and stability.

I’m a unique therapist in that I have a background in both psychology and social work. I have years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and entire families. I’ve worked in various settings and I know how to find the right treatment that fits your specific situation.

I’m goal-oriented and focused on giving you a custom-fit solution. I also share a deeply empathic and human experience with you–I do much more than just offer good ideas or solutions. I will sit with you in your pain and support you through the entire process of change and healing.

I also like to be a strengths-based therapist, where we work together to leverage what you’re already good at and what comes naturally to you, to find solutions that fit into your life effortlessly. I want the things you learn in therapy to stay with you long-term, so we focus on skills building, to help you continue to improve, even after you finish working with me.

I can help with anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship problem, grief and loss, parenting, compulsive behaviors, among many other challenges. I would love to have a 15-minute phone consultation with you to learn about your unique challenges and talk about how we can work together to solve them.
