Hi, I’m Daniel.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even directionless. In those moments, having someone truly present with you can make all the difference. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate whatever challenges you’re facing.

My approach to therapy is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which means I focus on helping you build a meaningful and fulfilling life, even in the presence of anxiety, depression, trauma, or other difficult experiences. Rather than trying to eliminate pain altogether, we’ll work together to change your relationship with those struggles so they no longer hold you back from what matters most to you.

I am especially passionate about working with teens and young adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’ve lost their sense of purpose. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply trying to figure out your direction in life, I aim to help you reconnect with your values and move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and draw from evidence-based practices such as ACT and CBT. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, where we work together to help you grow, heal, and create lasting change.

I obtained my Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hanging out with my wife and kids, running, video games, and expressing myself musically through guitar and clarinet.

Daniel meets with clients in person in our Lehi and Provo offices, and from anywhere in Utah via our secure telehealth platform.
