Hi, I’m Karoline.

I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral challenges, self-harm, life transitions, and family or relationship stress. I feel especially called to work with adolescents and young adults, particularly those who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward.

I know that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering—a place where you can show up as you are, feel heard and respected, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in compassion, curiosity, and your unique strengths. Together, we can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, develop practical coping tools, and work toward greater confidence, healing, and self-understanding.

Because everyone learns, processes, and heals differently, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, and I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support you in feeling more grounded, resilient, and hopeful—not only in therapy, but in your everyday life.

Karoline meets with clients in person in our Lehi and Provo offices, and from anywhere in Utah via our secure telehealth platform.
