Hi, I’m Katherine.

Katherine has more than twenty years of experience in the social work field. She began her career providing home-based psychiatric care for individuals living with chronic mental health conditions and spent the past decade supporting justice-involved individuals in a correctional setting. Over the last four years, her clinical focus has shifted toward individual psychotherapy, with particular attention to clients exploring sexual and gender identity. Her additional experience includes veteran care, couples work, family-related concerns, attachment disruptions, grief, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, thought disorders, and other mental health challenges.

Rooted in the core values of social work—service, justice, dignity, integrity, and human connection—Katherine offers a purpose-driven approach to therapy that honors the complexity of each person’s experience. Known for her motivation, dependability, and deep compassion, she strives to provide care that is both evidence-based and person-centered. As a lifelong learner and dedicated practitioner, she is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space where everyone can feel heard, valued, and met with sincerity.

Katherine meets with clients from anywhere in Utah via our secure telehealth platform.
