Hi, I’m Jayde.

I am a collaborative therapist, working with your strengths and helping you access your own skills and resources to overcome your challenges. I believe in empowering you to take action and I love to create a safe environment to explore difficult emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. I believe in you. I am a person-centered therapist. I feel strongly about the inherent capacity of humans to heal and grow.

I work with range of mental health and relationship challenges. I particularly enjoy working with couples–addressing relationship issues and improving communication and closeness. I love helping my clients with women’s issues. I have a passion for treating people with complex PTSD and childhood or developmental trauma. I have been successful in helping individuals and couples working through faith crisis or faith transition as well.

I also have experience treating other mental health issues like depression and anxiety, self-worth and identity, as well as grief and loss.

I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University in Portland, Oregon.

Jayde works in our Lehi, Utah office and sees clients via secure telehealth (video conferencing) platform.
