Hi, I’m Roy,

I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families find their path to discovering better mental health, increased communication skills and sense of wellbeing.

I graduated in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University. I also have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in communications from Brigham Young University.

My education, training, and experience includes the diagnosis and treatment of the following:

ADD, abuse, anxiety, depression, marriage and family development, substance use, addiction, pornography use, cognitive distortions, men’s issues, faith issues and various diagnostic criteria. My interest and experience also includes working with high school students, older adults and the acquired brain injury population.

I utilize a multi-modal approach including evidence based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused, narrative, and other therapies.

We can work together in a safe, empathetic environment to find your path to hope and healing.

I look forward to meeting you.
