Erica Delgado, M.S., Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Erica is from Phoenix, Arizona and has spent the last nine years falling in love with Utah. She received her bachelor’s degree is Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Utah. During her undergraduate program, she worked as a mentor for at-risk youth at a residential treatment center and as an Applied Behavioral Therapist for children on the Autism spectrum.
Erica received her Master’s degree from Brigham Young University in Marriage and Family Therapy, during which time she worked as a research assistant, focusing on emotional regulation strategies and techniques for couples. She is dedicated to treating people based on their unique life circumstances and experiences.
Erica specializes in helping people overcome sexual addiction and related trauma, and couples issues like communication and conflict management. She also treats anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life events or transitions (including faith crisis and faith transitions).
When she is not working, she spends as much time with her family as possible and enjoys crossfit and traveling.
