Hi, I’m Amanda.
Life has a way of making unexpected turns and throwing our plans out the window. Sometimes the very people who we want or need to rely on just aren’t there for us the way we need them to be. That’s when an expert opinion or professional guidance can make all the difference.
I absolutely love what I do, and I’m passionate about empowering you to develop a stronger sense of self and find healthy ways of coping with life challenges.
It is an honor to witness growth and change in my clients as they work toward achieving their full potential. If you have dealt with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma, and abuse, I am ready to support you through your journey of healing. I can also help guide your relationships to where they need to be so that each personal feels a sense of fulfillment.
I am fortunate to have personal experience growing up in Hawai’i, which helped me be familiar with Asian American and Pacific Islander culture and family dynamics.
I have experience and training in dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I am Dr. Adam Moore’s intern and am excited to meet you and get started with our work together.
Amanda works in our St. George, Utah office and sees clients via secure telehealth (video conferencing) platform.
