Hi, I’m Kristina.

I am passionate about my work as a therapist and I consider it an honor to work with individuals and couples as they come to recognize their strengths, establish deeper connections, and discover hope as the catalyst for change in their lives.

I am trained in family systems theory and use modalities such as emotion-focused therapy and solution-focused therapy to help you with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, spirituality, betrayal trauma, rebuilding trust, pornography, and sexual addictions.

I have received additional training in trauma-informed therapy and utilize these principles in my work with clients.

I value empathy and compassion in the therapeutic relationship and actively seek to instill these qualities in my work. I take my training and responsibility for your wellbeing very seriously and I spend time every week learning new skills and reviewing clinical research in order to provide the best individualized treatment possible.

I look forward to helping you find more joy, fulfillment, peace and hope on this brave healing journey. I am excited to meet you!

Kristina is a marriage and family therapy intern working under the supervision of Micah Ingalls.

Kristina sees clients via our secure telehealth (video conferencing) platform.
